1. What is the "AI-Advocate" button at the corner of my screen?
The AI-Advocate is a Smart Emergency Assistant based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) by IndonesiaLegalHub. This feature is specifically designed as an "Emergency Advocate" capable of providing initial advice and guidance when you encounter an urgent legal situation that poses an immediate threat, which can occur at any time. Examples include: Road accidents, Arrests, Assault, Mob violence, Forced searches, or Physical threats from certain parties.
2. Can I use this chat for general legal consultation?
You can, but this feature is strictly limited to VVIP members. We have placed "boundaries" for regular users so that this assistant only activates for critical and emergency situations. If you are not a VVIP member asking about non-threatening legal matters, the assistant will automatically direct you to fill out the "Legal Consultation" form so our team can study it more calmly and thoroughly.
3. How does this assistant help me in a legal emergency?
Our AI system is designed to be highly intelligent, fast, meticulous, and precise:
- Once you finish describing your emergency, the assistant will immediately ask for your Phone Number and Current Location.
- When the AI identifies your narrative as an emergency condition, our AI system will send an SOS signal directly to the personal mobile phones of our available legal team.
- While waiting for the Advocate to call or approach your location, this chat assistant will continue to accompany you and advise you on initial steps and guidelines regarding what to do (e.g., "do not sign any documents" or "remain silent until we arrive").
4. Why is the button dark and unclickable?
To ensure your privacy and prevent system misuse, this emergency protection feature is only open to visitors who have registered and logged in to our website system. Please Login / Register first (Free) to use this feature.
5. What is the function of the red "Cancel Advocate Call" button?
If the situation turns out to be safe and conducive, you can press this cancel button to stop the call for assistance and clear all chat history from your screen.
6. What is the difference between the Chatbot feature for Regular Members and VVIP Members?
This emergency service is divided into two versions:
- Regular Member: You can still use this emergency service. The system can also identify users who misuse this feature. If the system detects a misuse of this emergency call, the feature will be inaccessible for the next 60 minutes.
- VVIP Member: You receive unlimited priority access. You are free to use this emergency feature anytime without ever incurring the 60-minute blocking penalty, even if you cancel the call.
- VVIP Member: Capable of consulting and receiving legal advice as if consulting with a Professional Advocate.
IMPORTANT!! All forms of legal consultation conversation on this AI-Advocate system are unrecorded/unknown by our Advocate team. You still need to visit the legal consultation section to obtain an accurate legal analysis or professional accompaniment.
7. How do I become a VVIP Member?
The VVIP Member status is highly exclusive and can be acquired through two methods:
- Automatic: You will automatically gain VVIP membership as long as you have an ongoing legal case being handled by IndonesiaLegalHub.com.
- Donation: If you do not have an active case but wish to be prepared for the safety of yourself and your family, we accept donations for website and feature development.
