Traditional law firms are limited by location, but our online platform breaks these barriers, allowing us to protect you across the entire country. We do have formal offices in Surabaya and Denpasar for official mail. We know that hiring an online law firm requires trust. That is why we do not charge any upfront fees until you are completely satisfied with our strategy and sign a formal Power of Attorney.
2. Does IndonesiaLegalHub have the authority to represent me outside of Bali or Jakarta?

Yes, absolutely. Our legal team holds official licenses from PERADI (The Indonesian Advocates Association). This gives us the full legal right to represent, mediate, and defend our clients anywhere in Indonesia, not just in Bali or Jakarta.
Part 2: Crisis Management & Communication
3. I do not speak fluent Indonesian. How will you handle the local police or authorities?

You do not need to say a word. Language barriers during a crisis can lead to bad agreements or misunderstandings. Once our lawyers step in, we take over 100% of the communication with the police, immigration, or local parties. We protect you from pressure and ensure your rights are defended in a language they understand.
4. Does every legal issue have to be resolved in court?

6. What exactly is covered in the $375/month Retainer?

The retainer acts as your 24/7 legal bodyguard. It gives you direct access to our emergency response team, immigration protection, fraud recovery help, and mediation for local disputes (like rental issues). You also get unlimited priority access to our AI-Advocate for urgent advice, ensuring small problems do not become big legal cases.
7. I am facing an emergency condition (accident, arrest, search) outside working hours. What should I do?

For Retainer Clients: Stay calm. Because you have signed a General Power of Attorney with us, you have direct, 24/7 personal access to our Advocate team. Contact us immediately, and we will take over the situation and dispatch an advocate to your location if necessary.
For Regular Users: Please press the AI-Advocate badge at the bottom of your screen and describe your situation. If our AI system detects a genuine legal emergency that falls within our scope of services, it will instantly alert our Advocates to intervene and guide you safely.
8. Is there a minimum lock-in period for the Retainer?

We value your flexibility. The retainer is billed monthly. While we recommend keeping it active during your stay for full protection, there are no strict, long-term contracts binding you.
Part 4: Client Intake & Billing System
9. Will every consulted case definitely be accepted by the Firm for handling?

Not always. We thoroughly analyze all incoming cases because not every legal case can be accepted by us. We maintain strict evaluation standards regarding legal standing. If your case lacks a strong legal basis, or contradicts our firm's core values, we reserve the right to decline it professionally.
10. Is the "Initial Case Assessment" really free of charge?

Yes. The initial assessment is our standard procedure. It gives our lawyers a safe space to review your case without asking you for money upfront. If we accept your case, we will give you a clear proposal of the legal steps and costs before we officially start.
11. What if it is difficult to explain my legal event, or the advocates need to verify the physical evidence I hold?

If the chronology you send is difficult to explain via text, or if we need to directly verify the physical validity of your evidence, we will immediately contact the phone number provided on the consultation page. We will arrange a schedule for a face-to-face (offline) consultation at a mutually agreed time and location. For this observation stage, you will only be charged a transportation fee, which will be informed upfront, without any consultation service billing.
12. What is the payment system if I decide to grant power of attorney?
